These snacks are balanced with the right amount of calories, fat, protein and carbs that will help you feel satisfied without feeling bloated from the all the high fat, sugar snacks that people usually eat as snacks. Not here! I want to teach you how to eat in a healthy way so that you can get the best results and still feel amazing. And your family can enjoy them as well.
- Frozen Grapes - I LOVE these on Hot New York City summer days. They are super simple to prepare and is one of my favorite healthy snacks on the go. All you have to do is toss cup of grapes in a little plastic baggie…that’s it! – 62 Calories
- Mediterranean Salad - This Greek salad is so delicious. All it takes is 1 1 medium tomato diced, half a red onion, a cup of chopped cucumbers, an ounce of low-fat feta cheese and a dash of sea salt. – 146 calories
- Dates and Prosciutto - Like Sweat and Salty? You will LOVE this treat! Simply wrap a slice of prosciutto around a date and your mouth with burst with flavor – 50 calories each
- Watermelon twist - I love eating watermelon all by itself, especially on a hot summer day. To add some protein and fat to it, just top 1 ounce of crumbled feta – 100 calories
- Shakeology – MY ALL TIME FAVORITE…and has got to be THE HEALTHIEST healthy snacks on the go! Yes….Bring it to the Beach or the Pool…WHY NOT? Just make your favorite recipe the night before, put it in the freezer and take it with you. By the time you are ready to drink it, it will be like a delicious slushy. MMMMM! Just mix half of a scoop with water and ice, blend it, pour it in a shaker cup and freeze – 70 calories
