“P90X Plyometrics Review” – Day 9 Beachbody Challenge
P90X Plyometrics Review

WOW….that was a lot of jumping…but I LOVED it! I’m definitely going to buy a better sports bra for this workout though…JUST SAYING!
In this P90X Plyometrics review, I am going to share with you my thoughts on some of the moves and if I think this workout is for everyone.
So, here it goes….
Is this workout for everyone? NO!!! However, with modifications, it can be…depending on if the person does not have any back or knee injuries. Otherwise, it should not be a problem.
The moves in this workout are a little challenging. But, since I just finished doing Turbo Fire Beachbody Challenge which required a lot of jumping around too, I kinda worked my way up to doing these plyometric moves in P90X.
P90X Plyometrics Review – What is Plyometrics anyway?
Great question. Before I started with Beachbody as a Coach back in 2010, I never even heard of Plyometrics. So, don’t feel embarrassed if you don’t either. It’s totally ok! In this “P90X Plyometrics review” section, I am going to break down exactly what it is along with a list of the workouts that is in the program.
Plyometrics just means that you are loading the muscle with power. The muscles are being contracted very rapidly which in time will produce greater strength, endurance and power. In the P90X Plyometrics Review DVD program, there are five sections with four routines in each section; 30 seconds for the first three routines, and 60 seconds for the last routines.

Loved the video, especially the super speed
I’ve come to love plyo, don’t know that it started that way, but it’s ended that way
Ah, Plyo. It’s never been one of my personal favorites, I have to admit, but it does kick butt and gives awesome results! Keep it up! Peace
