The great thing about the P90X Nutrition Plan Download is that it takes all of the guess work out of trying to figure out what to eat and how much to eat…as well as when to eat it. I know for me when I got started on my weight loss journey before I joined Beachbody, I was frustrated trying to figure all of this out on my own. I’m sure you can relate to that frustration right?

The meals in the P90X Nutrition Plan Download are highly nutritious, giving you just the right amount of calories, fat, protein and carbohydrates that you need to get the best results.

Here is a sample of a P90X Meal Plan looks like:

NOTE: Where it says PROTEIN SHAKE, I highly recommend you take a look at SHAKEOLOGY! I’ve been drinking this stuff since 2010 and I absolutely LOVE it! This is where I get all of my daily nutritional requirements. So, I don’t really take vitamins except extra Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Magnesium and Calcium (because as women, we need these extra nutrients, especially if you are over 40 like me).

    Thanks so much for posting this! It’s a great help! I’ve done p90x in the past and I remember doing my own meal plan (I’m a very picky eater). I got to choose my fats, snacks, condiments, carbs, proteins, veggies, fruit, and dairy. I recently found a chart I had made for a day of eating and I know I didn’t come up with it myself. Is there a part of the book you didn’t list? Or maybe an insert that you could email me that contains what I’m talking about. It would be a great help. Thanks so much!
